Kalita Wave paper filters are characterized by their wave-like shape and flat bottom. This particular shape is different from the classic conical shape as in V60 paper filters and also leads to different results in taste. For us, this shape often brings more body and sweetness, but slightly less clarity. Using different paper filters with the same dripper offers a lot of opportunity for experimentation. The perfect example of this is the Origami Dripper.
